Shipping Policy and How to order

We are committed that your information is secure. thepowderroom.pk do not store any financial details of the customers i.e. no credit/debit card details. 

Shipping and Delivery Charges: Rs.300

Cash on delivery service only on Full advance payment of COD but Rs.1000 must be paid for order confirmation

Important Note: It is compulsory to Advance for order confirmation. Payment can be made via Bank transfer/ Easy paisa/ Raast Payment/ Naya Pay. 

Share reciept / screenshot as proof of payment on whatsapp only at 0318-2475268.

karachi and for outside karachi orders above Rs.10,000 an advance of 50% must be paid and rest balance on Cash on delivery. 

*Shipping charges may be revised immediately without notice.

The mentioned charges are for packages below 0.5 kg. Charges can vary according to the weight and dimensions of the package.

How to order:

1. You can place your order online.
2. We will call you for order confirmation. (It is requested to share only working mobile number for corespondence)
3. If we are unable to connect you on call we will automatically cancel your order in  next 24hrs. 
4. For COD (Cash on Delivery Service): For Cash on Delivery (COD) - A 4% COD service charge will be applied to the total amount, as mandated by courier companies per recent government regulations. - An advance payment of Rs.1000 of your bill is compulosry to pay to confirm COD orders.
5. Orders above Rs.10,000 an advance of 50% must be paid and screenshot must be shared.
6. This amount will be adjusted in your final bill. - Payment can be made via Bank transfer/ Easy paisa/ Raast Payment/ Naya Pay.
7. For Advance Payment you may contact us on Whatsapp Number: 0318-2475268 
8. Share reciept / screenshot as proof of payment on whatsapp only at 0318-2475268.
9. Once we will receive your order confirmation we will process your order and share your order pictures/videos via whatsapp.
   
10. We will confirm you as soon as we get the confirmation from our bank.
11. Packing pictures/ videos are shared with you for your order reassurance. 
12. Courier pictures and tracking ID will be shared with you to avoid any inconvenience or mishandling. 
13. For karachi orders usually we deliver on the next working day maximum 2 days once you place order.
14. For outside Karachi it takes 3 to 5 working days depending on flights/transits/weather or any unforseen situation.
    
    
    

    Please note: It is compulsory to please make parcel unboxing / opening video for any damage claim. Without it no claim will be accepted.
