Return and Exchange Policy

ITS MANDATORY FOR CUSTOMER TO MAKE VIDEO WHILE OPENING PARCEL FOR ANY CLAIM, WITHOUT WHICH NO CLAIM SHALL BE ENTERTAINED and must be shared within 24hrs of receiving the parcel. Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

Our shipping partner outside Karachi is Leopard Couriers. We share complete order packing pictures/videos, courier pictures and tracking ID as well to avoid any sort of inconvenience or misunderstanding. 

1. Please note that we share original product pictures / videos on whatsapp once we do your order confirmation on call; to avoid any sort of product size, color/shade, variation, box packaging etc. issue. 
   
2. Therefore it is mandatory for customers to throughly check the vidoes/ pictures shared to avoid any sort of issue later on regarding product size, shade/ variation/ product packaging etc.
3. Later we will not be responible for issues for changes/ exchanges/ return if customer do not like the shade/color/ product size or variation or it doesn't suits their complexion or skin.
